Acceptable Use Policy

The purpose of this policy is to protect:

• Users
• Content owners
• CHLOXIO infrastructure
• Platform integrity
• Third-party providers

All users must comply with this policy at all times.

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Account termination
• Legal action where appropriate

You may only use CHLOXIO in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.

You may not use CHLOXIO for any activity that:

• Violates applicable laws
• Violates third-party rights
• Harms other users
• Harms CHLOXIO systems
• Harms CHLOXIO providers

You may not upload, store, process, share, or distribute content that:

• Violates criminal law
• Promotes illegal activities
• Supports terrorism
• Facilitates fraud
• Facilitates identity theft
• Facilitates cybercrime

CHLOXIO reserves the right to report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

You may only upload content that:

• You own
• You are licensed to use
• You have permission to process

You may not:

• Upload pirated media
• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Circumvent copyright protections
• Use CHLOXIO to facilitate infringement

Users are solely responsible for obtaining required rights and permissions.

You may not use CHLOXIO to:

• Violate privacy rights
• Conduct unlawful surveillance
• Track individuals without lawful authority
• Collect personal information unlawfully

Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws.

You may not:

• Upload malware
• Upload ransomware
• Upload viruses
• Upload malicious scripts
• Attempt security testing without authorisation

You may not attempt to:

• Access restricted systems
• Circumvent security measures
• Exploit vulnerabilities

You may not:

• Attempt to overload systems
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Excessively automate requests
• Abuse storage resources
• Abuse indexing resources
• Abuse download systems

CHLOXIO may implement rate limits and usage restrictions.

You may not:

• Scrape CHLOXIO content
• Harvest user information
• Extract data at scale
• Build competing datasets from CHLOXIO outputs

Without explicit written permission.

Users may not:

• Share credentials
• Sell accounts
• Transfer accounts without approval
• Circumvent seat restrictions

Each account must be used only by authorised individuals.

You may not use CHLOXIO to:

• Generate harmful outputs
• Train competing systems using CHLOXIO outputs
• Reverse engineer AI models
• Attempt prompt extraction
• Circumvent platform safeguards

You may not:

• Impersonate others
• Misrepresent ownership
• Misrepresent identity
• Submit false information

You may not upload or distribute content intended to:

• Harass individuals
• Threaten individuals
• Incite violence
• Promote hatred

CHLOXIO reserves the right to remove such content.

Users may not upload:

• Illegal adult content
• Non-consensual content
• Exploitative content
• Content involving minors

Any such content may result in immediate account termination.

You may not use CHLOXIO to:

• Commit fraud
• Facilitate scams
• Conduct deceptive activity
• Mislead customers or clients

CHLOXIO may investigate violations of this policy.

CHLOXIO may:

• Remove content
• Restrict functionality
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate accounts
• Report violations to authorities

Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice where necessary.

Users may report suspected violations through:

or through designated support channels.

CHLOXIO may update this policy periodically.

Updated versions will be published on this page.

Continued use of CHLOXIO after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy shall be governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands.

Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.
